Jesse was awesome! Was in a hurry to get a bike packed up in a shipping box and get to the airport. He gave me a box and a bunch of packing supplies, helped me disassemble the bike, and safely/securely pack it away. He did all this with about 20 mins notice, and without charging me a dime. An amazing experience in buying my rode bike. I have wanted a new rode bike for a long time and finally took the "plunge" of a nicer bike. I purchased from Schelller's Fitness and Cycling on Shelbyville Road. Jesse was wonderful and helped me in my selection and advised me of all of my options. I simply love to ride but I'm not fully understanding of all of the different types of road bikes and benefits of the different price points. Jesse was very patient in helping me with my decision. Haven't actually been to their physical location, but was looking to purchase a piece of equipment as a gift for a family member and a friend put me in touch with their company. We dealt by phone and email and I found them to be informative and responsive. My alternative was to order the machine through Amazon, but they were able to beat the price. I appreciated the savings, as well as having a local company to coordinate the delivery and be on hand for the installation and any service issues that might arise in the future (although of course hoping for no issues). They made a process that could have been complicated streamlined and easy.
